North Penn Puppy Mill Watch is sponsoring a vigil to memorialize the 80 dogs shot by the owners of E&A and A&J Kennels. The Zimmerman brothers, operators of these commercial kennels (also known as puppy mills), shot 80 of their dogs because a state kennel inspection required that 39 of them receive veterinary care.
