Apparently I am not the only one to think Bernann McKinney is crazy, and apparently there is evidence to support this belief. The Associated Press (AP) believes that McKinney may actually be Joyce McKinney, a woman accused of kidnapping a man and forcing him to be her sex slave in 1977. The name matches, the hometown matches, and the birth date matches. Those familiar with the the 1977 case also say McKinney’s appearance is consistent with the woman implicated.
McKinney is now threatening to bring a $10 million lawsuit against the AP. This is certainly an interesting story to follow!
In her defense, it was a mormon… and they *are* annoying, always banging on doors…
